Equipment
The equipment in our laboratory includes instrumentation for production of enzyme in batch culture, for biopolymer purification and fractionation, for running synthetic reactions and biotransformations, for quantitative and structural analyses of biomolecules as well as for the assessment of some technofunctional properties and bioactivities. These facilities are used to develop, assess and optimize processes, and to determine the chemical profiles of biomasses and food ingredients.
Our facilities include:
· Q-TOF LC/Mass spectrometry with Ion mobility mode that further separates molecule ions based on their shape, maximizes the separation capacity, boosts the sensitivity and provides structure information (collision cross section (CCS)) of molecules.
· High performance liquid chromatography equipped with a UV diode-array detector and ELSD detector.
· High pressure anionic exchange chromatography equipped with a pulsed amperometric detector
· High performance liquid chromatography equipped with a refractive index detector
· Fluorescence spectrophotometry
· Automatic environmental speed vacuum
· UV/Vis spectrophotometry
· Nano particle size analyzer and dynamic light scattering
· biomolecules purifier system
· High Pressure Homogenizer
· Fermentor/Sonicator/Centrifuge
· Cell culture and maintenance
· Electrophoretic system
Enzymatic Reactors
